EAP offers assessment, short-term counseling and follow-up care if you need assistance in managing life’s challenges. Our EAP provider offers round-the-clock advice and support—all of which are completely confidential.

How it works:

• This is a FREE benefit available to all Inotiv colleagues and anyone in their household.
• The EAP program offers unlimited telephone consultations.
• You may receive up to three visits, per issue, with a local counselor to help you with family, work or personal issues at no charge.
• If your situation requires longer-term counseling, the EAP provides you with a qualified professional or an agency outside of EAP that can be covered on your medical plan.
